BOTH OUR STORES ARE OPEN FOR SALES AND SERVICE
We are aware that good communication – and having devices that are working correctly – is essential to many of our customers at this time, and our Noosaville and Mooloolaba stores are currently open.
We are following direction in relation to COVID-19 from information provided by the Australian Department of Health and the World Health Organization as it becomes available. We are taking extra precaution in regard to how we communicate with customers in-store and how we handle devices. We are regularly cleaning our stores and staff are sanitising themselves and the devices we use constantly. We are also sanitising customers devices as they are checked in or picked up. This may cause some delays to the repair process, so please be patient as we endeavour to do our best at this time to assist you with your Apple devices.
If you are looking to purchase Apple products, they can be purchased through our online store here. You can then collect them from either our Mooloolaba or Noosa store with no direct contact with staff if required (just let us know). We do not have all the items we stock on our webstore, so if you cannot find what you are looking for in the online store, then please call us on 07 5444 7507 and we can confirm if we have stock of what you are after.
We're hoping and praying that as a community on the Sunshine Coast we can all work through the changes Coronavirus is initiating, and support each other in the days, weeks and months to come.
